Where we start

In order to fully understand your goals and priorities we begin with an in-depth meeting and discussion. We take into account your professional goals as well as your personal ones. This will include children's educational needs, spouses interests/occupation, desired location and anything that might have an impact on your decision.

We conduct extensive interviews  with our clients and their team in order to gain the knowledge that is required to determine if the fit is right. We streamline the selection process and make recommendations that make sense for you. We prepare you for the interview or discussion well before it takes place. We then have a de-brief session with both parties to determine the overall chemistry, answer any outstanding questions and determine the next steps.

Next Steps

Once the fit is established and there is interest on both parts to proceed we will negotiate on your behalf  and handle all necessary paperwork and documentation required to complete the process. After the commencement date is agreed upon we work closely with both parties to make the transition a smooth one. We follow up on a regular basis and make ourselves available to support you in any way we can. This isn't the end of our relationship, it is just the beginning!
